Do you want to live and study in Australia?
Great choice! We welcome many international students to Australia every year. In fact, it’s the fourth most popular country for international students in the world. But before you come here to study, you need to get your Australian student visa application sorted.
There are two types of Australian study visas: a Student Visa (Subclass 500) for students, and a Student Guardian Visa (Subclass 590) for parents or guardians.
You may be eligible for a Subclass 500 visa if you’ve been accepted to study full-time at an Australian university or school. If you’re under 18 years of age, you’ll also need to meet relevant welfare requirements.
For a Subclass 590 visa, you may be eligible if you’re the parent, guardian, or nominated adult relative of a child who’s under eighteen and will be attending an Australian school. This visa allows you to accompany your child to Australia.
At McFarlane Migration Services, your Brisbane migration agent will advise you on what you need to do to meet the strict eligibility criteria for an Australian student visa. They’ll work with you one-on-one to help you prepare the necessary supporting documents for your Australian student visa application, and complete and lodge your application. Your agent can also arrange other services for you, such as advice about universities, schools, courses, work, or housing, and can answer any questions you may have about life in Australia.
Choosing to study in Australia is an exciting life decision. With McFarlane Migration, you can be confident your application will be completed properly so you have a greater chance of receiving your visa.
